Variant browser: improving Molecular Consequence table fields

Tasks

[x] (1) ACMG prediction in Molecular Consequence should also be the short alias
[x] (2) Rename ACMG to ACMG prediction and put outside clasification. Clinical significance remains inside Clasification and inside Edit
[x] (3) remove actionable (only make sense in cancer but we need more thinking how to display it and how to mange its status manual/automatic)
[x] (4) Join Panel and Mode of inheritance
[x] (5) The subrow name needs to be changed from Molecular Consequence to Clinical Consequence/interpretatoin/.... => annotate the clincial implications of the variant
