Remove Azure blob storage support to leave DataLake Gen2 #1021

Once DataLake becomes GA Blob can be removed completely. For this reason this is low priority as currently using DataLake preview on whitelisted subscription.

DataLake Gen2 now GA, so will change to a remove blob support issue.
