Upgrading Solr to 8.8.2.

Hi there, just a note here that Solr 8.8.2 is vulnerable to log4shell. I've been able to do a test install with Solr 8.11.1 (which fixes it) and it seems to work - variant indexing, stats, annotation and secondary index all ran successfully on test data, and I can search for gene names and biotypes in IVA
