Implement script to test CLIs #513

It would be great to implement a script to parse Fitnesse text files and automatically generate all the CLIs, this should validate the responses. A script written in Javascript for Node.js seems a good idea.

This has been started, although it is looking good it requires some extra time,moving this to next v1.1.0, code is at:
