Recommendation 11.3 - Register of known CDMSs #3

The following recommendation is made in the Climate Data Management System Specifications WMO-No. 1131:

Recommendation: Establish and maintain a CDMS register that contains the results of an evaluation of how well each CDMS meets the requirements of this CDMS Specification.

An initial step would be to make Appendix 2 (list of required components for CDMSs) available online and evaluate the open source CDMSs against this.
