Update NMS of Belize production system to use latest code #22

The SURAFACE CDMS code has recently been moved to this repository in GitHub. The aim of this issue is to ensure that NMS of Belize are using the latest version and to update the code here as required.

Belize production system has been updated to reference the new repository in Github and use latest version available in the main branch.
