Setup an OpenChat bot for asking questions using repo, Site, and Docs as Data Sources #62

Can we just deploy an OpenChat bot that's trained on this repo, the website, and any future docs?

That way we can create a feedback cycle to dog food the app while it's being built.

Similar to how Astro setup their Houston ChatBot: https://houston.astro.build/

Hey @ThatGuySam, I am not sure I entirely understand you, I think OpenChat is already capable of doing that right?

Yeah, but there's not an official ChatBot setup anywhere, or at least one whose Data Sources can be contributed to via pull requests
