Classifier description section needs cleaning up #99

The current Classifier Descriptions needs to be updated to more closely match UML 2.5. PDF

Foo --> Foo [Class] Diagrams -- no line break between them Attributes -- remove " ::= +" and don't bold the item. Attributes -- need cardinality (example 8.2.3.5 -- Attributes: - uri : String [0..1] etc. Look at sections in the UML 2.5 document and make the AML match the output.
