Rename session to legislative_session #26

I think legislative_session instead of session can avoid confusion, because "session" can refer to a meeting/sitting, as in "plenary session". I've had at least one implementer confuse the two, so I'm thinking I'd rather use legislative_session in Popolo.

I think this would be alright, we changed the list on Jurisdiction for this reason. Any thoughts on this @twneale or @paultag ?

:+1: - sounds good to me. Can't think of that causing issues, and it'll normalize names a bit. Nice.
