This brings the docs more-or-less to parity with the current state of the OCD API. Some non-functioning features are still in there, but they're all slated to be re-implemented, or have Github tickets open for them. Woo!
To do: Update the documentation of the objects themselves so that field renames and the like are accurately reflected.
