[x] Answer the Questions in the draft
[ ] Add greater specificity to each property's possible values if appropriate. For example, jurisdiction should be an OCD Jurisdiction.
[ ] Align with the style of other OCDEPs

Again, sorry :) TODOs completed and Questions answered. Attempted to add as much specificity as possible. Happy to make tweaks to align style to other OCDEPs; anything in particular seem wrong/out of step?
