This is initial hacky branch that uses postgres for people list.

I had some time, so I did work porting it rewriting it using DjangoRestless, since it was super similar to how Imago worked before. You can see the current state of it at https://github.com/paultag/imago

Mind if I close this and go with the Restless rewrite? Anything I missed from your PR?
