give all checkpoints in db a route #174

Even the ones that are not the end, for route purposes.

Should probably rename from ender to route.

Rename to route only, db not updated (runtime build of routes)

So @iznogod, if this was your plan anyway, I would prefer giving them a routeId to link them with routes table as I mentioned. Instead of a route table with cpIDs.
