[Spike] Reality of side ele detection #214

Requested in 3xP' so that side ele people can have fun too. If we can detect it, we can add a filter to ele runs. By default we ban side eles.

Ele detection is already part of opencj, we should check if it works as expected for all types of eles though.

@Yocairo if it's the same as 3xP', it works. This is not a request for general ele detection though, but a further request for side-ele detection within eles. It's probably not realistic, but it if is we can support what some people want (being allowed do side-eles for ele runs, which are forbidden on 3xP' atm for good reason), then we can categorise/filter and more people are happy.
