Leaderboard/challenges for landing famous bounces

Add a competitive or trackable table so people can land famous bounces, for example from SB X, and get rewards or flex somehow. This could be tied with demos and the general challenge system.

This should be integrated as part of a larger Challenges feature.

We could have Global and Map challenges separated.

Global challenges are long time grinds like X amount of routes completed and such (3xP' as reference). Though I think it would be smart to make sure these are consistent in difficulty over time. Challenges such as "get #1 time on x amount of routes" might be easy during the 1.0 release, but then 5 years later extremely difficult as most routes have become quite optimised.

Map specific challenges are.. specific to any given map. Could be famous bounces, or other neat tricks that the community has found possible. For new maps it might be cool to let the mappers also create some special challenges specific to their map. For example mp_race could have "find all secret keys", so it doesn't have to be just jumps.

They're not routes though, they're singular bounces. So challenges (or achievements?) sounds like a better name / system.
