URL to Parcel information on county website is under construction #27

Right now, we have parcel number appended to a county url that is supposed to take them to a page with more info on the parcel.

This url example leads them to a page stating "This section of the site is currently under construction"

to reproduce: Go to the browse page, add a parcel, http://52.10.73.22/apply/#/browse?parcel=004-03-079

Cuyahoga county fiscal office has a parcel information form taht we might use: http://fiscalofficer.cuyahogacounty.us/AuditorApps/real-property/REPI/default.asp

This appears to be fixed - maybe the county website (http://treasurer.cuyahogacounty.us/payments/real_prop/taxbill.asp) has been fixed?

Worked for these parcels: 106-01-004 106-02-075 106-02-039 106-09-005

This is closed, but adding a little detail: there are a few properties that bring up the "under construction" page. 005-05-001 (10615 MADISON AVE, the very large lot out west near Lakewood) is one. But that's on the county's website, not ours, so there may not be anything we can do.

There are quite a few out west that return that error. Maybe we can dig into this after we're live.
