check to make sure that it's not using chicago's analytics.

YEAH, we're not ; and we need to ask me if you want the updated UA - it's UA-114922739-1

@foxbjk - we just need to insert the correct property tag - UA-114922739-1 into /lots/static/js/analytics_lib.js
