There's loads of things to do, and this can definatelly be a bit of discussion on how to do this

[x] Check that this package doesnt exists anywhere else
[x] Create basic library with setup.py and package directory
[x] #2
[ ] Write example of one route, perhaps DISEBSP - maybe here
[ ] Write all other routes, would be good to split this up a bit
[x] Add tests + CI to runs tests
[x] add version + bumpversion
[ ] Update readme, on how to install, an examples, and all the routes?
[x] publish package to pypi

Optional:

[ ] Optional: #3
[ ] They about wrapping functions, in case a user wants to pull more than one day of data
