When is the 6 run available #17

Open peterdudfield opened 2 years ago

peterdudfield commented 2 years ago

Detailed Description

6 o'clock run is not available at 6, but when is it available?

it doesnt seem to be availabe at 6.30, but it is at 10.30. Would be nice to narrow this down a bit

Context

Good to know when its available so we can get the most recent data

Possible Implementation

ask the met office? or run it

JackKelly commented 2 years ago

So, I think the 6 o'clock run is the run that starts executing at 6am, and then probably takes an hour or two to execute, and then a bit of time to upload the forecast. I'm happy to ask the Met Office if you'd like! But, yeah, it might be better to empirically test when the NWPs become available.
