Description

• The prediction frequency for the xgb model was changed from 15 minutes intervals to hourly intervals.
• The data downloaded from open-meteo is now hourly data.

Background:

The model was trained on hourly data, when applied in inference to a higher frequency, the results were very spiky. The developed model might not be optimal for a higher frequency.
