Cant install quartz-solar-forecast #143

not really the greatest at coding so maybe im being stupid but whenever i do pip install quartz-solar-forecast it says "ERROR: ResolutionImpossible: for help visit https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/topics/dependency-resolution/#dealing-with-dependency-conflicts" and "ERROR: ERROR: Cannot install quartz-solar-forecast==0.0.10, quartz-solar-forecast==0.0.11, quartz-solar-forecast==0.0.12..."

I think you need to use python3.10 or greater,
