Update version of nowcasting datamodel from verson 1.11.11 to 1.11.54

NOTE: I am not able to test locally by running the docker-compose command. I do not have the environment variables to run it locally. I probably missed the documentation somewhere for where I can get those, but I am looking 🕵️‍♂️ haha
