Make sure docker imahe is pushed to docker hub. Can do this with a workflow automatically - see https://github.com/openclimatefix/MetOfficeDataHub/blob/main/.github/workflows/release.yaml or https://github.com/openclimatefix/nowcasting_api/blob/main/.github/workflows/release-docker.yml
