Hey @richard-ESC, just took a closer look at this.

From the metadata, it looks like your data descriptor is conforming to data.json non-federal-v1.1. When I run it through a validator I get two errors though. See here.

This means that our harvester breaks. Is there a way for you to fix the metadata? Otherwise, I'll see if I can convert that manually into something that works.
