Add a page for specifically the forecast.

Show include

MAE for the national PV forecast over the last week (comparing OCF's forecast against "day-behind" PV_Live)
RMSE (same as above)

Just needs to refresh once a day

Sounds good! It might also be useful to show the error for yesterday (as well as showing it for the last week). The use-case here is after we've just pushed a new model into production, it would be good to get rapid feedback on how the model is doing (although I appreciate that judging performance on just a single day of data is not ideal!)

And we shold think about doing this on the 'dev' env and then upgrading our 'production' model when we are happy / pass critiria
