Minor fixes for SatFlowDataset #89

Description

This PR does a few things

[x] Sets nwp, hrv_sat_data and 'sat_data` to float32 dtypes
[x] Fixes an issue with channels for PV Yield
[x] Sets the GSP target to just be the first GSP, as expected

Fixes #88
