Make sure pv yield has timezone added to it #127

Detailed Description

When reading PV results add timezone to utc datetimes

Context

Make it super clear further down the line, that we have a time zone

Possible Implementation

loop over pv_yields and add timezone utc to 'datetime_utc'. Similar to this. This should be done here
