Smooth saving

Detailed Description

When saving results to latest table, we want to smooth the results from a pervious model. This will stop any funny discontinuous with the PVnet 8 hour model and the National_XG 36 hour model

Context

• recentl deployed the national 36 hour model, but want to join these together with the PVnet model
• TODO this is because the model is more accurate.

Possible Implementation

Blur the two forecasts together

• 7.30 hour forecast using 25% PVnet and 75% national
• 7.00 hour forecast using 50% PVnet and 50% national
• 6:30 hour forecast using 75% PVnet and 25% national
