speed up blend - Githubissues

this code for beldning forecasts, is a bit to slow. need to think how to speed it up.

Before 1.5.2 it was dont in a vector, but then it was very readable. I wonder if there are some speed up methods to do,

like not making new pd. dataframes in the loop
for weights that are 1.0 just select that forecast, rather than runnin through the loop. Only need to loop through where we are blending
