Description

small fiex from Accept to accept
Also needed to up the ram of the nwp-consumer to 7GB
Also needed to up the ram of the forecastion_national to =13GB. This didnt fix it so tried https://github.com/openclimatefix/uk-pv-national-xg/pull/112
