The NWP script doesn't seem to load the newer GRIB files successfully (Nov 2021-Present) #15

Describe the bug The grib file loading and dataset prep doesn't seem to work with newer grib files (those after November 2021). As such, when generating new MetOffice NWP Zarrs, the data stops being appended to then.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
