fix(ecs-task): Enable specification of ephemeral storage size #568

GFS container runs out of disk space. This enables it to be specified.

Yes - production's modules are pinned based on commit SHA's so when they get updated to the eventual SHA of this merge the production mains will have to be updated accordingly, but for now they are unaffected.
