More NWP variables #145

model 27.03 has these variables: "dswrf", "dlwrf", "t", "si10", "prate", "lcc", "mcc", "hcc", "vis"

Also had to increase D_MODEL to 144 (to fit all those NWP variables!)

Having more variables might help a but but it's hardly a slam-dunk.

I'm going to try #163 next
