site doesnt get add to site group #123

Describe the bug

site doesnt get add to site group when adding a new site

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. got to api
  2. add a new site
  3. look in database

Expected behavior

site to appear connected to user (through site group)

Additional context

need to add session.commit() here
