Tidy readme and clean auto generated

Detailed Description

Would it be possible to tidy the readme so that its clear what is automatically generated and what is not.

It might be better to archive the auto generated items now, if we dont plan on using them. Good to think about as we currently have two truths the auto generated ones and the actual datamodel

I feel that sdk/python should be moved at the root and everything else should be archived.
