Detailed Description

In order to use this datamodel for wind and pv modelling which should convert this repo to be less PV specific.

Context

This is useful for the India project were we are modelling wind too

Possible Implementation

Change the name to 'quartz-site-datamodel`
Need to update name of repo
Need to update package name
Need to check updated name is send to pypi
