Make sure we use precise lat/lon in the model #37

Description

The lat/lon in the database are rounded up to 2 decimals.

This might be because the data we have is ultimately from the provider's API, and it is anonymized.

Accuracy in the model could be improved (how much?) if we had the real lat/lon.

TODO

Do experiments to see if it actually changes anything to the model's accuracy
If the difference is big enough, then we should find a way to get the real lat/lon

Acceptance criteria

We understand the impact of precision of lat/on
Open further tickets if it seems worth to get more precise lat/lon
