Bug: forecast work for production

Detailed Description

Current forecasts are not being made for production service. The configuration is https://github.com/openclimatefix/pv-site-production/blob/main/configurations/aws_config.yaml but this points to development bucket

Context

Possible Implementation

• add models to production bucket - https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/pvsite-ml-models-production?region=eu-west-1&tab=objects
• make sure config loads production bucket

@simlmx would you be able to look at this? possibily before the merge with https://github.com/openclimatefix/pv-site-production/pull/49.

We need to get it working on production, os perhaps only close this once forecast are being made and the api can get them

@simlmx if you let me know what env var i need to add for the new config, Ill then add this to the terraform code
