Add tilt and orientation to model.

Current model does us this, as the feature wasnt useful. This is due to in accuracy's in the input data.

We also tried estimating them, but we had trouble.

Ideally they should be used

Tilt and orientation model is now deployed on development and the Open Quartz model has been updated
