Run mulitple models at once

Detailed Description

It would be great to be able to run multiple models at once

Context

• can easily compare results
• batch creation only needs to happen once
• Helps compare new model where we reduce the satellite delay

Possible Implementation

• [x] enter many models git hashes, and loop over them
• [ ] envionment variable, for the names of the models
• [x] Adjust, only run adjust if the model is called pvnet_v2
• [ ] nowcasting_metrics: Calculate metrics for these extra models too - Search models that have been used in the last week and run with them. here. We can write a tiny bit of sqlalmcy to get these models.

  select distinct(model_name)* from models
  join forecast on ....
  where created_utc > now- 7days
  order by created_utc desc
