Change extra models

Add new models as extra models.

This adds new PVNet models as extras to be run on dev. This includes model which were trained with 60, 30 and 0 minute satellite delay. However, the 0 minute delay model was also trained with 15 min dropout. Each model has also been trained with its own summation model.

These models were also included with the ECMWF accumulated channels diffed

For the accumulated channels diffed, does the live ocf_datapipes do that, or do we need to run that somehow?
