Description

Merging Dashboard mode into main.

• Toggle Dashboard mode from top right profile dropdown menu; setting should persist across refreshes/logouts using cookie.
• Major elements on page enlarge so as to be visible on larger screens from longer distances.

How Has This Been Tested?
