The colour bucketing for the % map view is currently this:
I don't think we have ever hit 90% bucket, and are in fact unlikely to, as panels never hit their theoretical capacities (and across a GSP there is a range of locations and orientations, which makes it even less likely). We have 6 shades, so we should use them all reasonably regularly. I would suggest changing the 6 buckets to:
0-10
..-20
..-35
..-50
..-70
70-100.
