Download CSV giving dates out of order / non-unique #488

The download csv, as of 18/3/24.

some data was like this. It goe from 6.30 to 5.30, and there appear to be gaps in the data, which I think reflects something going a bit funny with the dates alignment. 2024-03-18T06:15:00+05:30 740386   271017
