To get this up and running to be added to, the following should be implemented:

General

[ ] README for setup, development and deployment
[x] API Docs

Checks

[x] UK National API is alive
[x] UK Sites API is alive
[x] Forecast run in past 2-hours

Infra

[x] Auth for Internal Routes
[x] Code linting and formatting set up (ESLint + Prettier)
[x] Tests (Unit + Integration)
[ ] Deploy to ~Vercel(?)~ Render.com (regular Express apps don't play as nicely with serverless-first Vercel)
[x] Dev + Prod environments
