Remove Atlassian branding from OpenClover

Although OpenClover is a fork of an open-source Atlassian Clover, we shall avoid using any Atlassian branding to not violate any copyright or trademark. Tasks:

• rename all Java/Groovy code packages from 'com.atlassian.' and 'com.cenqua.' to 'org.openclover.*'
• change all Maven groupId from 'com.atlassian.' to 'org.openclover.'
• remove Atlassian trademarks (e.g. there is a "Charlie Atlassian" in the HTML report footer)
• remove Atlassian Clover trademarks (e.g. there is a " Clover" logo in the HTML report header)
• replace "Clover" text occurrences with "OpenClover" (text messages, logs, Eclipse/IDEA UI)

Out of scope:

• migration away from AUI (Atlassian User Interface library) -> as per licensing terms any product integrating with Atlassian products can use this library -> and OpenClover integrates with Bamboo

Changes in Maven and Jenkins cannot be merged to master until OpenClover core is released.

Branch in main OpenClover repository (OC-194-rename-to-openclover) has been merged to master. In addition to changes listed in the issue, also navigation bar in HTML report has been changed to violet.
