COBRA Not able to install MATLAB #1998

Please include a short description of problem here I have been trying to dd cobra package to matlab for quite a long time , i have checked my network settings too but it doesnt get dowloaded , it takes like more a than day but still not getting downloaded I hereby confirm that I have:

The toolbox has a total size of about 2.3GB. Depending on your internet connection this can take a while to download. The minimal size for a running toolbox (without tutorials/docs etc) would probably be ~ 350MB, but there is currently no download for such a trimmed down version, and the init-scripts would fail on those since they will check and update submodules again.

Hi , I tried the other way checked my internet connection too , even removed roxy . but still the issue remain same ..
