Debug test all5 #2240

Debugging tests. Revised tests:

testSteadyCom => making it compatible with the latest version of createMultipleSpeciesModel function
testMergeModelFieldPosition => Correcting a small typo in the test function
testWriteMooninOutput => replacing isequal with isequaln for nan values
testMetaboTools => updating the reference files. wrong format of model.subSystem
testGenerateChemicalDatabase => One reference data were removed from cobratoolbox. I add it back to the toolbox.
