Updates to VMH ID generation #2259

Updates to metaboAnnotator function: generateVMHMetAbbr.m

Function can now accept list of metabolites and will check to avoid generating duplicates. Function also reorders list of pre-defined metatbolite abbreviations (transl) from longest to shortest to ensure correct substitutions are made.

Lastly, small bugs fixed.
