An important point for model quality is to be able to check a minimal model provenance, i.e.,
who created the model
when was the model created
Otherwise it is impossible to contact anyone in case of issues with the model or to know which is the last created model. Not having this information in a model is a sign of bad model quality.
Checks are required which test that
Model has a ModelHistory
ModelHistory contains at least one creator (with familyName, givenName, organisation, email)
created (date) is set on the ModelHistory.
As far as I am aware this is currently not checked as part of the model report. Please add such tests.
